1.When Should I Expect To Receive My Order?

It takes 3-5 business days for you to receive your order as long as the item ordered is available in stock.

In the rare instance where the item ran out of stock before shipment, you will receive an email informing you about your order cancellation, the status of your refund and the restocking date for the item.

 

2.Can I Track My Order?

All deliveries within mainland USA are sent with a trackable service. After your order is placed, you will receive an email which contains the tracking information once the item is shipped out.

If you don't receive an email containing tracking information within 3-5 business days since your purchase, you may need to check your spam folder or contact our customer support desk at 'contactus@nortiv8shoes.com' for assistance. Don't forget to let us know your order ID in the email.

 

3.What Is Your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the shoes are eligible for return within 30 days of placing your order. The shoes must be returned with with the original shoe box in unworn condition. After your return package has been received and inspected, we will issue you a refund For returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

4.How Do I Return My Order?

If your order was purchased within 30 days, please contact our customer support desk at 'contactus@nortiv8shoes.com' and include your return tracking number in the email so that we can better assist you.

When the return product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate a refund.
