1.What Size Should I Select If I Have Wider Feet?
We currently do not have shoes available specifically in wide and extra-wide sizes. But if you have wide feet, we suggest going for half or one size up your usual shoe size.
If you are still unsure what size to get, please contact our customer support desk at 'email@example.com' and we'll be more than happy to assist you with sizing.
2.How Can I Find The Right Fit Before Making A Purchase?
We created a size chart for each of our shoes located next to "Size" on any shoe page you're on. For a specific size query, please contact our Customer Service Desk via chat or email us at 'firstname.lastname@example.org'. For emails, please note the full product title so that we can better assist you.
In the case where your shoe order isn't the right fit, you can return them within the return period for a refund or an exchange. For more information regarding returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
3.How Do I Make An Exchange For My Shoes?
We hope you're going to love everything you order from Bruno Marc, but if you don't you can return for free.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
In order to initiate a return, please find the order under 'Account', then under 'My Orders', open the 'Details' page and click the 'Return' button to submit a return. Refunds will be issued after the shoes have been received and inspected by our team.
4.I've Received An Incorrect Item. What Should I Do?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please take some pictures of the shoes along with the white label on the side of the shoe box displaying the style, size and color. Then email these pictures to our customer support desk at 'email@example.com' and we'll instruct you on how to exchange the incorrect items for the correct order.
5.I've Received A Faulty Product. What Should I Do?
We are so sorry if you've received a faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.
To do this, please email us at 'firstname.lastname@example.org' with the correct order ID along with some pictures showing the defective parts of the shoes. From there, we'll instruct you on how to exchange the faulty item(s) for a replacement.
6.Is There Any Warranty For The Shoes I Purchased If 30 Days Already Passed?
Yes! If there are any issues with your shoes within the first 6 months since purchase, email our customer support desk at 'email@example.com' with pictures of the issue on the shoes along with the correct ID. Once inspected, our customer service team will instruct you on how to exchange your shoes for a replacement.
