What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nortiv8shoes.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.
- A. Item(s)are sent back within the stated return period.
- B. Item(s) returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.
- C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions to complete your return. Please note our customer support team is unavailable via phone Saturday and Sunday.
Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method. To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return tracking to the customer support representative assisting with your return.
We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.
